Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Insta Pix Booth provides photo booth rental services including traditional photo booths, 360 spin booths, glam booths, and audio guest books for events in Brisbane and Queensland.

3. Bookings and Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking.
• The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event.
• Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event: Deposit forfeited, any additional payments refunded.
• Cancellations made 14-30 days before the event: 50% of total booking fee forfeited.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event: No refund.
• Rescheduling may be available subject to availability.

5. Event Requirements

The client must ensure:

• Adequate space for photo booth setup (minimum 3m x 3m)
• Access to a standard power outlet within 10 metres
• Safe and undercover setup location
• Access to the venue 1-2 hours before the event start time

6. Liability

Insta Pix Booth carries public liability insurance. However, we are not responsible for any damage to the venue or injury to guests caused by misuse of our equipment. Clients are responsible for supervising their guests' use of the photo booth.

7. Image Rights

All photos and videos taken at your event are owned by you. With your permission, Insta Pix Booth may use select images for marketing and promotional purposes. You may opt out at any time by contacting us.

8. Force Majeure

Insta Pix Booth shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, or government restrictions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
